Overview of the Program
Each year we invite a small group of newly admitted freshmen students to take part in USC’s Summer Bridge Program created to help ease the transition to college academic life at USC.
The USC Summer Bridge is a unique six-week program which has won praise from past participants. The program is designed to transition you from high school to college. The program provides two excellent classes, housing, special co-curricular programs, and a strong sense of community. As a participant, you’ll have great teachers, meet other entering freshmen, benefit from peer mentors, and get a head-start with your courses. You’ll live in a USC campus residence hall near the center of campus and enjoy weekend programs and activities to help you make a successful transition to USC. Students with financial need receive full tuition coverage, room and board, and books.
The 2016 USC Summer Bridge Program will begin June 19 through August 5.
Enrollment Contracts will be emailed to invited students after May 3 and submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Programs by May 13, 2016.
